Don't worry, we have options if you're shopping last minute. If you want your order to be delivered sooner than the above-mentioned delivery times, please contact us and we can often meet shorter urgent deadlines.
Your order is completely insured up to your door, whether it is delivered to the UK or outside the UK. It is important that you inspect your parcel for any damage upon receiving it from the courier. Once the order has been delivered, we highly recommend you then insure your jewellery as soon as possible. We supply an insurance valuation with every order for you to insure your jewellery for the full value.
If you paid by debit card or bank transfer and would like your purchase to be delivered to a different address than your card billing address, we may require you to submit proof of identification after placing your order. This can be a scan of your driving license, passport or utility bill. The name and address on the scanned id will need to match your billing address. Please get in touch with a member of our friendly team and send this scan to [email protected] This is to safeguard our online buyers.

We offer extensive aftercare services with every order, to help keep your jewellery pristine over time. We offer free lifetime cleaning and annual setting checks at your local Shining Diamonds stores with a range of services available such as polishing/engraving/ring sizing/repairs all at a discounted price for our customers.
You can, please get in touch with our online team or a member of staff at your local store for further details and bring all paperwork with your jewellery piece when applying for an upgrade.
We accept all major debit and credit cards such as Visa or MasterCard. Orders via this method can be placed over the phone or by ordering direct through our website. Credit card payments can only be dispatched to the billing address; if you cannot have this sent to this address then you will need to call us to discuss this.
For such a big purchase you may feel much more secure paying via bank transfer. No card details need to put into our payment system for this to be done. If you would like to purchase this way then follow through to our checkout process and select 'bank transfer' from the payment options. Once we receive your order then all the relevant details for the transfer will be sent out to you.
Please Note: No orders will be put into process until payment is received in our bank. On high value purchases for security, we may request that you make a bank transfer.
