OUR SERVICES
RESIZING
We offer ring resizing services to ensure a comfortable fit for all of our customers. We use laser sizing to preserve the ring’s integrity without visible marks. Please note that certain designs such as full eternity rings cannot be resized and will need to be exchanged or re-made. Most rings can be adjusted up to 3 sizes after a workshop assessment has approved the design.
CLEANING
We offer professional cleaning and polishing to restore the diamonds' brilliance and your jewellery’s shine. We provide re-rhodium plating for white gold jewellery to revive its bright white colour.
SAFETY CHECK
We offer free safety checks for your jewellery to keep your precious pieces in perfect condition over time. Consider it to be an annual check-up for your jewellery’s setting. We offer workshop services and advice to the wearer to keep your jewellery pristine over the years.
ENGRAVING
Want to add a personal touch to your jewellery? We offer engraving services with various font styles available. Note: Not all items are eligible for engraving. Please contact a member of our sales team to check if engraving is applicable on your jewellery piece.
