£50 refundable deposit to be taken per sample. This will be refunded in full once the sample is returned and an order is placed.
Returns
Return stamped envelope will be included. While returning the item it is important to obtain a proof of postage from post office. If the sample is not returned or lost in the post and a proof of postage is not furnished, the £50 security deposit will not be returned and a further charge of £20 will be taken from card to cover sample re-production cost.
Sample to be kept no longer than 3 working days from date of delivery and needs to be put back in post by 4th working day. A charge of £5 per day will be charged from 4th day onwards till the day the product is put back in the post and proof of postage is shown.
Charges on No Order
If an order is not placed with Shining Diamonds after returning the sample, a small charge of £5 per sample will deducted from the deposit to cover packaging, postage & wear and tear.
